OUR HISTORY

The Real Estate Store was created by Janice Strand Wyssling over 40 years ago. It all started as a “one woman show” working with buyers and sellers in Gogebic County. 

Over the years, the company grew into a family business when John Wyssling joined in 1985 and their daughter, Ellen Wyssling Alonen in 2003. Jane Carlson Ballone completed the current sales team in 2007. The addition of Patti Jahn in 2015 as the office manager fills in the current rental team. 

There have been other agents and assistants along the way that have helped create the rich history of the company, but one consistency throughout all the years is the commitment of serving our clients and customers by being honest, reliable and progressive.
