Being from SE Wisconsin and not knowing anyone in the Ironwood area we decided to work with the listing agent for the property that we were interested in. She made our acquisition of the property easy. As it turned out we were in Florida on vacation when it came time to close on the property and she made our closing simple for us. We spent well over a year looking for a hobby farm so that we could move back to the area and have our horses at home. We looked at a lot of properties with other realtors, but they didn't really seem to understand what we wanted. Our frustration level was pretty high by the time I inquired on another property through the Real Estate Store. That place was amazing, but it was also way out of our price range. Ellen offered to take my contact information, and asked about our criteria and budget. It wasn’t long before she called to say that she had a property we might like and wanted us to see it before the listing went live. The asking price was a little higher than we had planned on, but figured it couldn't hurt to take a look. When we pulled into the driveway, it was love at first sight! Walking in the door for the first time, we both knew that this was the one. It had everything we were looking for, in terms of the house itself, the outbuildings and property. We made an offer the same day, and a month later it was ours (less than asking and it even ended up coming fully furnished!). Ellen was so great throughout the whole process and even after the sale. I cannot say enough good things about her and the entire staff at the Real Estate Store. Highly recommended!
